About Solange Koniak

Solange Koniak is a London-based Hair Stylist and Makeup Artist working across film, television, fashion, and commercial projects. With a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach, she is known for creating looks that are both creatively expressive and technically precise.

Over the past several years, Solange has built extensive on-set experience within the film and television industry, contributing to major productions for Netflix, BBC, Amazon, Disney, and Apple TV. Alongside her screen work, she has developed a solid foundation in hair styling within a professional studio environment, working closely with photographers and clients to deliver polished, camera-ready results for fashion and portrait projects.

Solange’s work is rooted in enhancing natural features while adapting seamlessly to the demands of each brief whether that’s continuity-driven character work, high-fashion editorial styling, or refined, modern beauty. She approaches both hair and makeup as integrated disciplines, ensuring that every look feels cohesive, and tailored to the individual.

Her skill set spans screen, editorial, bridal, and fashion, with experience ranging from large-scale productions and crowd work through to designer roles and lead creative positions. Known for her calm presence on set and her ability to interpret a client’s vision, Solange brings both reliability and artistry to every project.

Theatrical Makeup

Stage makeup is used as a method in conjunction with stage lighting to highlight the actors’ faces in order make expressions visible to the audience from moderate distances. Solange considers definıng the eyes and lips as well as the highlights and lowlights of the facial bones.

Fashion Make-up

Solange uses Fashion makeup for magazine photography as well as on the fashion runway. Avant-garde makeup is also an applicable technique used for projects that require experimental themes.

Bridal Makeup

Bridal makeup is a new segment in Solange’s repertoire. From ethnic to glamorous to contemporary, makeup artists are now an important part of wedding planning in Asia, Europe, Africa and North America.

Film & Television

Solange Koniak entered the film industry in 2019. Since then, she has contributed to various productions, including:
